JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help shape the school of the future in Skövde?

We are now looking for an engaged teacher in mathematics and science who wants to join us on the exciting journey to establish Skövde's new high school, Science City School, with a planned school start in the autumn of 2027.

The position is initially placed at Eriksdalskolan's high school, where we currently have about 150 students and a warm, competent staff group consisting of teachers, student assistants, student health, principal, and vice principal. Together, we have already begun the work of shaping the new school and are now looking for a colleague who wants to contribute with both engagement and innovative thinking.

As a teacher with us, you will have great opportunities to influence:

• How we create a modern, safe, and innovative school in the heart of Science City.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified teacher in mathematics and science for grades 7-9. You do not need to have qualifications in all science subjects, and you are also of interest if you are only qualified in mathematics. We have the opportunity to adapt the content of the position based on your qualifications and credentials.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).
